Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Adventure
We will charter you in a helicopter from Orange County or Los Angeles straight to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. Once you land in Las Vegas you will then switch to the tour helicopters that will take you on your adventure. You will be given a fully narrated flight as you enjoy one breath taking sight to another. Beyond the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead the Grand Canyon awaits you. All your senses will be heightened with all round views and choreographed music as you descend into the largest theatre in the world, “The Grand Canyon.” As you fly farther and deeper you enter the heart of the canyon and enjoy amazing views of the Colorado River, Sky Walk, mile-high canyon walls and towering stone spires. Soar as if on a magic carpet below spectacular rock formations such as Eagle Rock and Guano Point. You will be shown the canyon’s hidden secrets such as the site where mutineers on General Wesley Powell’s expedition were attacked and killed by Indians.
This helicopter tour will explore the grandeur of the Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. You will fly 1,500 feet below the rim, soaring past towering columns bathed in an ever-changing kaleidoscope of colors. As you descend for you landing, you’ll pass through millions of years of geological history.
Next, you’ll land at the 165 square mile Grand Canyon Ranch. You are Welcomed with a champagne toast at our private helipad where a covered wagon awaits you. The wagon will take you away through a Joshua tree forest where you hear stories about the Cohina Indians, The Last Indian Ghost Dance and the notorious Gun FighterTap Duncan. A rodeo demonstration and western-style meal complete with authentic Country & Western musicians are part of your experience. After your meal, spend time reliving the old west with real cowboys and their horses. Then the wranglers will take you on a horseback or wagon buffalo safari to discover the icon of the old West. Plus you’ll have time to shop and enjoy a cold beer. Your experience then concludes with a spectacular flight back to McCarran Airport, but not before a flight down the famous Las Vegas Strip. When you arrive back at the McCarran, you will switch back to your charter helicopter for a return flight back home.
